@jonsparrow there is no law saying that the Doctor has to have an english accent he can have any accent be any shape size or colour because that is the beauty of the regeneration process, it's a bit like a box of chocolates with out the description card inside you never know what you are going to end up with.

unless you're just on about getting an english accent in general. in that case all i can say is watch english tv shows and just practice.
