Well when these guys died they took the comedy with them.... there legends... and as of todays comedians... sure they can be funny but once you watch them once you cant watch them again... these guys you can watch over and over.... and still there funny... these guys never get old... as for nows comedians they should take a leaf out of these guys books.... there are also too many romantic comedies... there should be more like this ^_^

@buddybleau actually, was joking when i made that comment.i'm thinking that they filmed that scene with a movie screen behind the boys showing the busy street activity behind them but, i may be wrong about this but one thing i do know for sure- the old comedy movies from back then will ALWAYS be funny i'm 53 and my dad had me watch way out west with him when i was about 5 and i've never forgotten how funny this scene is. charlie chaplin, buster keaton, harold loyd marx. bros... all great...

Watch it a thousand times and when you watch it the 1001st time you will STILL laugh at their antics. Undeniable comic genius sadly rare in this beautiful world. The greatest sadness for me is that Stan Laurel, who was even funnier than Chaplin, was not recognised by the British establishment with an honour. Laurel wrote most of L&H's work. I think HM Government should award him a posthumous knighthood for the joy he brought to, not millions, but billions of people.
