  • Very interesting. The biceps brachii may be just as much a supinator as it is a flexor. (Are not the brachialis and brachioradialis stronger flexors?)

    Also, it appears that while the fingers are abducting and adducting, the thumb is flexing and extending. (To the best of my knowledge, thumb abduction and adduction occurs perpendicular to the palm...not parallel to it.)

    Otherwise, good hints for remembering forearm movement.
