@jacktofuman i know how you get super jump go to the bridge where you can co onto the sand (don't go on the sand stay on the bridge) and then go towards the water and as you are doing that super jump off the bridge and youll land there

@jacktofuman use the horn jump cheat (square, square, square, triangle(for PS2)) where there is the bridge split in half (near the school). use horn jump on the bridge facing the water and hopefully you should only see a strange background.
