@niggatunez1 Twin turbos more money but they are better in my opinion. You can make tons of power but dont lose the mpg you lose with a supercharger. Though there is some lag with them with big turbos from when you press the gas and then feel the power.. Because of cost of turbos and no kits out I liked I went with a Vortech supercharger too. I am very happy with it.

I had a 1980 and my windshield wiper relay... a fucking relay... was $180 for an OEM replacement. I spent $20 and got a bypass for it lol. My dad has a 2008 w/ a procharger and he rarely takes it out. He will drive slow for a little bit but next thing you know he's smoking the tires in 3rd gear and loving every minute of it. Its not worth it to drive like an ass 24/7.
@Kadorja - Dude, if you think $180 is expensive for a relay try replacing the same part on a Ferrari or Porsche. Vett's are Americas super car, and they are inexpensive to own and maintain which makes them very desirable.
$30 online for a Ferrari wiper relay and $40 for the Porsche. Vette's are a great car for the price but I would never say they are inexpensive to maintain. You're mostly paying for the brand name when you get into exotics and supercars.

@rukkee22 Yep, it was on stock 19x10 wheels. That's about as wide as you would want to go on those wheels unless you widen them to19x11 to 19x13. Then you'd have to tub the rear end or get Z06 fenders.

@stryker997 I personally have driven an 2001 with the top down at 165. I can't say that I would have tried to run it any faster than that with the top down, but I certainly had the option.

We have a 06 that ECS put their sl1500 kit on .... it put 565 hp to the wheel . Quick question for OP .... what tire are you using , and did you go with a 295 or stay stock size? . thx

@rukkee22 Yep, it was on stock 19x10 wheels. That's about as wide as you would want to go on those wheels unless you widen them to19x11 to 19x13. Then you'd have to tub the rear end or get Z06 fenders.

Pretty damn quick! Great engineering chevy, I've seen camaro's, Chargers, challengers and mustang have 600 horse, yet not move as quick due to aerodynamics, and weight.

Notice how cobras just cant seem to break under four seconds. While a Stock underpowered C6 does it in 3.9....Congratulations fuckhead! You bought the wrong car!

Is this an LS3 or an LS2 block? I have an '08' LS3 with a full exhaust and tune...
