In that case the judge refused to let in the most damning evidence (i.e. the photographic evidence). The first allegation against MJ was in1993 and in that case the kid became an uncooperative witness when MJ paid the kid's family off with $25 million. A $25 million payoff to me means he was guilty. The first case MJ was never charged.

4) I agree California Dreaming is a good song if it stands on its own. @fdi15O - fact check: there was only one trial in 2005 for the alleged molestation of the Arvizo kid, and in that case you are correct that he has found guilty. In that case the judge refused to let in the most damning evidence (i.e. the photographic evidence). The first allegation against MJ was in1993 and in that case the kid became an uncooperative witness when MJ paid the kid's family off with $25 million. A $25 million payoff to me means he was guilty. The first case MJ was never charged.

4) I agree California Dreaming is a good song if it stands on its own. But for many of us, it conjures up images of the songwriter, the inner workings of his mind, & the fact he drugged & raped his daughter the night before her wedding. Just as Stealers Wheels great song “Stuck in the Middle” was distastefully paired with the horrific torture scene in Reservoir Dogs by the Director. I still can’t listen to that song now because of the association, whereas before it was one of my favorite tunes.

I can't escape the fact that every time I hear it now it conjures up an image of who wrote it, & what we now know he did. I associate the song with the writer. A song is an extension of the person who wrote it, you know? There's some decent musicians out there, but if they're an unforgivable asshole then I have a hard time enjoying their work as much.

When I consider the time it takes to learn guitar well - the cost of the guitar should be no issue - I'll get the best I can sacrifice for. I can play this, some tommy emmanuel and chet atkins compositions but dont believe i'm at their level!

@ajones104 SORRY I DIDN'T WANT TO SAY HE PLAYS ON THE SAME LEVEL, I REALLY MEAN SHUNGA PLAYS BETTER THAN MICHAEL CHAPDELAINE, HE IS PRODIGIOUS. SHUNGA HAS A BETTER TECHNIQUE AND STYLE.
MAYBE YOU PLAY THAT, BUT AT THE AGE OF SEVEN OR TEN YEARS OLD YOU PLAY AS SHUNGA PLAY (neither Michael did). I HAVE NO DOUBT SHUNGA WILL MAKE BETTER COMPOSITIONS IS ONLY QUESTION OF TIME.
