Stop & search is a legitimate tool of law enforcement. When I was a teenager they stopped me all the time. Many of my black friends want the police using stop & search because of all the stabbings & shootings. The police shouldn't be arresting people for filming them but try giving that attitude to Thai or Indian police and expect to get cuffed thrown on the deck and given a good kicking before being hauled off to the worst jail you could dream of.
