This is another one of Happy Rhodes songs that I could see being a really big commercial hit, given the treatment. The song and the hook are first class.
I can almost imagine someone like the Sugababes doing a stonking version of this. Hope this isn't heresy, but I think Happy has a quality of songwriting that sometimes she is not the artist to fully best realise. In so much of her other work of course she and she alone makes the song.

I think the album version is "calmer" because this sounds almost rushed without being rushed, but I definitely still love it.

Its pretty much me then, but I do love this song so much, probably because its Happy in a different vein, 'cos I do love her music so much.

This has just stuck in my head all of the Christmas season. Picking up pieces of turkey, wrapping, hell all. I love this song!!

Just listened again to the studio audio version I got via xenussister - I think this live version is better - much more spirit to it.

This was 2 years before the song was recorded. We never did find out why the song wasn't released in America.
