1. your arms should be at a 90 bend at the elbow, and swing just above you'r hip, not hanging down by your side, 2 lean forward form the ankle not the hips.
nice tips. In my oppinion swing with your arms sidewards isnt as you told as inefficient as long it doesnt overtake. Same thing with your foots. To Hold core and stabilisations i guess is more important to mention in the vertical motion because of instant gravity influence of energy. Keep in mind running stiff ends up with energy loss because of muscle contraction.
