  • Yes, Denis is half Korean... Don't forget that he grew up in Vancouver. His native language is French. Being brought up in North America causes one to have an English accent when when speaking another language, anyways. Don't be so judgemental, people.

  • the most french i saw when i was in BC was on the sauce packets at arby's. you're thinking montreal with all the people that speak french as a first language.

kang might speak french, but it'd be because he was born in france and his mother is french. not because of vancouver.

  • Denis was born in St.Pierre & Miquelon. Yes his mom is French. He does have an English accent when speaking Korean. I do too when I speak Korean. It most certainly is not a French accent when he speaks Korean. He grew up speaking French at home. He's a great guy, don't be so judgmental. By the way, people in BC speak French, we have French Immersion out here and most kids learn french in school. I have an English accent when I speak French, Korean and Japanese and I'm proud of it.

  • Wow, Denis's korean is pretty horrible.

  • Maybe because he's Canadian. Just a thought...

  • He is half korean. Should be able to speak his native language properly, dont you think?

  • half-canadian?
