all you female so called singers out there, take notes when you listen to Natalie. She is so cool and very deep, unlike the fluffy crap being turned out today!!!
@Adrianlovescupcake A long n violent criminal past NOT counting 7men all shot 3-9 times left stripped naked in the woods."I'll kill again if you let me outta here!"Yea, that sounds like a victim alright..ppffft!She was a serial killer who showed NO remorse even at the end.She wasn't a sweet loving girl or a humanitarian or a person who influenced society in any positive way whatsover. You people watch "Monster" and think that's what really went down. She was a evil human who got whas she deserved.
marioskysh iam asking the same question everyday i agree with you but one of the reason y think is becse most of the people don't play atencion on the rithims and they like to see no to hearing the music like you know big sunglasses a lot of blink s and bad words to womans but anyway the life is a carnival i believe the good singer's gone bcuse they are very shame about those who said are the numbers one 1000 of copys sale yea right pffthff
where all these good singers and musuicians gone , why ?, all we have now is disposable bad music , lost in money and without soul and without life itself.
@msrainman100---- i liked aileen.... yea she took 7 guys lives but thats the life she knew and one of which raped her and beat her... but she was straight up and funny... i watched her documentary and her in prison speaking and she didn't hold shit back lol
@Crackmandan Aileen Wuornos requested this at her funeral following her execution...per her wiki page, she was cremated and ashes were scattered beneath a tree in her native Michigan and this song was played at her funeral
This song/video takes me back to the summer of 1995, my first summer in Manhattan, a summer I'll never forget. It wasn't the safest, but it was full of life. Downtown Manhattan, Soho, the West Village, incredible places to see, never got sick of walking through them day after day.
Now it's gone. The art scene, music scene, all gone, everything glazed over. I remember in the 90's, people were more supportive of the arts. Maybe not with money, but at least they appreciated it.
@emiynu ha! me too! these ladies sure kick the shit outta what's passing as music these days, huh? Heather Nova, Pj, tori amos.....vs cheryl cole, nicole sh-whats-er-name, and lady gaga. not much of a contest, really....
This is a very powerful video with equally powerful lyrics. This carnival of ours that we have created and that ive been witnessed to year in year out, forces me to ask who are we? where are we headed? I pray that we find the significance of each of our parts in this great carnival called humanity, and transform this tragic comedy into a wonderful story of hope, undertsnding ,love and eternal peace. Let us create a play of wonder and beauty. Let us be what we were born to be. Creatures of LOVE.
R.I.P. Aileen, hope you found peace of mind, wherever you are !

one very cool chic with a lot of soul, one of my favorite female singers of all time along with Stevie Nicks and Joni Mitchell.

Nice, but it shouldn't have been chopped so suddenly - ruins the whole atmosphere.

She's been called many things: spanish teacher, art student on crack, children's book author...but no one can deny that she is GENIUS.

WTF! :) At 3:12 they just edited the girl to look like a prostitute.
Where around 42nd st. is there an elevated train? If you're not from NYC, you have no idea that she's not actually anywhere near Times Sq.
Yet they purposely put her (probably some random Puerto Rican girl) into the 42nd st. porn shop series.
I bet she was not to happy about being edited to look like a Times Sq. whore. :)
