Actually the head of the Ethics Commission had a press conference to criticize news stories that claimed Miller issued a threat saying all Commissioners "strongly disagreed" with that portrayal. They actually praised him for his apprearance and for working with them. Miller's not usually very partisan, but he is a repug -- Kern is a different story, what an embarrasment!!
