Wow, really nice job. You should enter them in a contest. I especially like how realistically dirty everything looks - you got the colors spot on. The Interceptor was actually a 1976 Ford Falcon GT Coupe- Google it, they do look very similar to a 73 Mustang fastback.- The 73 Stang was definately used as inspiration for the design(hoods are almost identical!!)

The interceptor was powered by a 351cu.in. "cleveland" V8, ford "top loader" 4 speed gearbox and a 9' diff

Awsome! I have the same kit, it took many hours of stop frame video to produce the correct interior...along with photos of the original movie car. The only thing is the kit was so bloody basic...almost madening. I scratch built 60% of this car.
