  • i am a jockey dnt ask what horses i run i ran so much

  • Poor horses..

  • omg barbaro...

  • hey thats a great video!!!

im from ireland too which county are you from im from meath......!

  • Great video

  • Some nice memories (apart from your boy Barbaros' horrific injury) but was so nice to see DESERT ORCHID (the flying grey with the jockey in dark blue/mauve coulours) at about 3.05 - a wonderful wonderful horse (and Cheltenham Gold Cup winner) who died last year at the grand old age of 28. He flew his fences with such enthusiasm - he is still misssed on British tracks...

  • Thanks! Yeah Im Irish so I kinda knew of Desert Orchid I wasnt even born when he was racing though. Thanks for the comment! I loved Barbaro too but George Washington will always be my favourite racehorse.

  • Gorgeous George was a beautiful equine! I had the honour to see him live twice - at Newmarket when he won the 2000 Guineas (and memorably refused to go into the winners enclosure afterwards!) and at Sandown the summer before the dreadul 'accident'in the States. They never should have run him on a dirt track that sloppy - he deserved so much better from his carers....

  • Aidan O' Brien is amazing and always will be ( I think hes really nice coz on saturady he replied to my letter i sent him. in reply he give me a wee personal letter saying thanks a picture of george washington wen he won the 2000 G. + the stallion book 4 coolmore so i could look up past champions) but he made the biggest mistake of his career that day. He really mucked up. i cried when Gorgeous george died :(

  • My own personal favourite horse at Coolmore is the beautiful HAWK WING. Saw him love too when he came 2ndin the 2000 Guineas to ROCK OF GIBRALTAR and when he DESTROYED the field at Newbury in the Lockinge. An astounding looking horse - truly made you feel that this is God just showing off!!! I loved him!! Aidan replied to me when I asked him how HAWK WING was doing as a stud horse and told me how well he was. I'd love to go to Coolmore and see him (and all the others!!) again x

  • And its cool that you got to see him for real! Ive only been to a track a few times ( Dundalk coz I live near there) I love the racing. I had a bet on George Washington in the breeders cup and also on Curlin. Just for the fun like. But I still got 15 pounds back

  • True - he's a real horseman. I've seen him a few times. Most memorable was at Royal Ascot when he had a two year old running called MARINO MARINI who was starting to go bonkers in the paddock beacuse of the noise and the ladies hats (feathers ect!) And he saw his lads were having trouble and whipped off his top hat and tails and went over to the horse and started stroking his head and whispering in his ear and within 5 minutes had him as docile as a lamb!! Amazing to watch!

  • You must go to Newmarket a lot! lol! Aidan seems really down to earth I love watching him in interviews hes really cool! I cant wait for Cheltenham. I hope Kauto Star will win the gold cup again but then again I like Denman and I want an Irish horse to win it too. Sizing Europe looks good but I dont know what race hes running in. My fav O' Brien horse at the moment is HENRYTHENAVIGATOR. Saw him on the tv when he won the Coventry Stakes but i havnt seen him since.

  • SIZING EUROPE goes in the Champion Hurdle on Tuesday (against your Irish lovelies SUBLIMITY and HARCHIBAD) For the English - my money's on KATCHIT in that one! Gold Cup looks mouth watering - can't wait for this duel! The flair of KAUTO against the sheer doggedness of DENMAN! And I will be cryingmy eyes out if INGLIS DREVER (my very favourite horse in training) wins the World Hurldle on Thursday for the 3rd time.

    Can't wait for next week!!!

  • Yeah I hope they retire Inglis Drever if he wins. Theey said that in an interview they might retire him in case something happens to him. He's a great horse! Harchibad was running at Dundalk on Fri in his final prep race and I wasnt there :(

  • WOW
