hello have the same notbook whith windows 7 installed and this game whit all settings in low , the game runs so slow and i cant play it what can it be?

First of all check if you have downloaded proper VGA driver. Find the latest at nvidia website. Secondly, 2007/2008 games are quite demanding and WILL NOT run smoothly on maximum. Try to set in game resolution to 1280x720 or 1024x768 with low/med settings. Always turn AA off and sometimes shadows. If you want more details then set to 800x600. And if you are using Windows Vista then better uprgrade to Windows 7. Hope it helps.
no doubt that Nvidia graphic card is much better in gaming than Intel. Benchmark shows that G102m is as twice as better than 4500MHD ( 2723p vs 1248p )

puting shadows off is a discrace to this game lol, it has excelent shadows... but i have this card and it runs alot better without them lol

almost ANY Nvidia/ATI notebook graphics are better than Intel graphics
the Intel graphics only are good for HD videos and basic usage (IMO)
