I love Palin's speech at CPAC. She commends all the military people for fighting for our constitutional rights and then says it is OK to deny them to terrorists because it is inconveinent!

Exactly. It was a softball because they said "village". There aren't really villages in America, so it was implied against foreigners. Americans don't really mind exterminating civilian foreigners. Not that we are unique in that mentality.

A person I know said that the constitution is meant only for Americans therefore it doesn't apply to terrorist (so they can be tortured.)

I'm not an American, but even I know that your constitution applies to all PERSONS, except where it explicitly says it only applies to citizens.
