@janderson65 Actually, the pants she was found in were indeed tan or beige pants. They did also find a wrinkled pair the same color hung in the closet, but there is no way to say for sure which pair was worn on the 23rd.
It is odd that he would claim she was wearing black pants when he left, and yet she was in beige/tan pants, and that her shirt would have been wadded and pushed in a drawer, yet her pants would have been hung up?

The problem with this case is people such as Nancy Grace make strong emotional appeals - like this video - and convince the public of Scott's guilt. This case is not built around strong evidence, but simply possibilities, what-ifs, and hearsay.
That indoor staircase did look difficult if you are talking about a short and very pregnant woman.
