  • I was playing the Cavern this past May. I live in Northern California. This does not look like the Cavern to me. I wonder if this the "other" Cavern on Mathew Street that was built and used during the time that the actual Cavern was torn down? Fantastic stuff either way!

  • It hurts to hear MacCartney mostly too flat. He was such a good singer.

  • gilmour + mccartney

    aeuhAEIueAHiuaEHiaueea

    milions of "like"

  • The Cavern is wonderful!

  • @andylyboy31 This is not a Beatles concert. This is an all time rock'n roll concert. And if you think this is crap, then you must see a psychiatrist soon

  • When someone plays with Paul you know they're good.

  • This video is a fine piece of awesome.

  • when paul sings "Well she was just 17, if you know what i mean" it sounds alot creepier when hes 68 than when he was in his 20's.

  • @Rush1013 First of all , when Paul did the Cavern show he was 57 and the only thing creepy about this is what you're thinking about a 17 year old ..not Paul !

  • @SMITHFRANK

Dont get your panties in a bunch, i was just joking. Plus its not creepy to actually listen to and interpret lyrics to songs...

  • Finishes off a great night of Rock and Roll with the greatest Rock and Roll song ever.

  • the mouths aren't moving at the same time as the music

  • @bassmanjake123 when u upload stuff on youtube you've got to expect quality drops and lag happens- youtube is infamous for messing up videos

  • GODDAMN!

David Gilmour, Ian Paice and Paul McCartney?! This is awesome!

  • And yes I know that Green didn't play on the original of Shakin;. But it was Green that Townsend used to sit and watch.

If you like the music on these vids, go get a Pirates CD. There's a compilation that collects the two essential 'come-back' albums Out Of Their Skulls and Skull Wars.

  • @jma334 I bought just yesterday

THE PIRATES: LIVE IN AMERICA. I found it in Finland at Goofin' Records And Music thanks to another youtuber who posted this name.

  • "ive never heard of him before". Just because you've never heard of him doesn't mean he's not important. Go learn something about the history of rock'n'roll. Gilmour (note spelling) is a great guitarist, but Mick Green is a true guitar hero. Green and the Pirates were a big influence on early groups like The Who. As The Detours they covered Shakin' All Over, and still did as The Who (see Live At Leeds).

  • Mick Green was lead guitarist in 'Johnny Kidd and The Pirates' look them up on youtube, especially 'Please Don't Touch'

  • mick green ?,ever heard of dave gilmore, pink floyd, you know, one of the premier guitarists on the planet,he's there playing with mcCartney, actually, who is mick green, does anyone know any of his previous bands, ive never heard of him before.

  • Im a big paul fan got all pauls solo albums and i know most of eveything he hasnt released on bootlegs but i have to admit ive never really absorbed choba b cccp and run devil run only what it is and the title song because i knew he wrote them and i kind of like the single no other baby - i need to though this is quality

  • Thank again for posting this DVD, If anyone has not heard it checkout the "Run Devil Run" album it has this band on and most of these tracks, it is Paul doing what he does best, pure Rock 'n' Roll.

  • Mick Green! Amazing guitarist, One of the best to ever wield a Telecaster

  • Mick Green? What about Dave Gilmour?

  • @dannyramone7 RIP Mick.

  • Ringo should be on drums with Pete.

  • Paul y David son los mas grandes musicos que hay. Paul esta en su onda, lo que si es raro es ver a David rollear, si q es extraño pero lo hace muy bien.

  • la media banda wn, es una es una super banda!

  • Paul is the greatest musican alive, and this rock`n roll stuff is absolute great. And Paul today with his new band is much better. i have tears of joy in my eyes when i see him live on stage. We can see what whe miss, because The Beatles don`t exsist evermore.

  • Paul had it in the 60's all the way to current! He's still a cutie pie with loads of talent! Love that guy!!

    Kathy

  • Red Hot!!!

  • tremendo

  • Paul just wanted to remember the old days after Linda died, that's all...He could afford to give himself that little pleasure, ya know?

  • this concert was to premote "Run Devil Run" so it featured all most entierly songs from THAT album.

  • Ok now I dont care since I saw him live...

  • The perfect song to end with.

  • anyone realize Gilmour gad like 2 days to rehearse. Green had like months, DUH.

  • ya, I heard of this mick green guy, was he canadian?

  • From the UK!

  • Mick Green is doing most of the lead work here. One of the most under-rated Rock guitarists in the world. Check him out when he is playing with The Pirates - AWESOME. Gilmour is good but he's not Mick Green - THE GUV'NOR!!

  • I wish I were there, much up closer than when I saw him in Center Stage 4th row in USA

  • oh yeah I saw him in LA with Wings Over America Tour and I was siting behind Cher and Elton John......though they did get up and move to Ringo's Box when he came into the arena!!!! Beatles 1965 Dodger Statium ,,,any one else ot there!!!!!?

  • The Fab Four played Dodger Stadium in 1966. The year before saw them play 2 nights at, where else, the Hollywood Bowl.

  • The voice is vintaige rock

  • Mick Green and Pete Wingfield are there, also.

  • awesome

  • yeah

  • david gilmour and ian paice?

  • That's Rigth David Gilmour and Ian Paice.
