I have never heard of a dorm that lets its students paint or put holes of anykind in the walls. That means no hanging anything that you cant hold up with adhesive dots or adhesive hooks and definately no paint. We have so little space for even the necessities ...things like books, cloths, laundry detrgent etc... Dorms have the most hideous furniture that we are obligated to keep in our rooms. So no nice coffee table, shelving unit , or headboards. I think you get the picture. Nice room though

I hope Michael realizes that most dorms come with a roommate. You better hope they like the same colors you do...

NO NO NO! Too freaking matchy matchy!! This is all wrong! These dorm rooms are overly designed and unatural looking! I would never want my dorm room to look like these! They didnt even look comfortable! And I actually like it when things are more missmatch and unique rather than matchy matchy and neat. When things are a little messy and not matchy matchy, it makes the space so much more cozy and lived in, rather than sterile/pretentious/and over thought like these examples here! GOSH!

Totally agree with you there. Plus, it's even more difficult when you have a roommate that you cannot coordinate with (color wise), and my dorm room was like half or a third of the models shown. Not possible.
