Obama did it to save tens of thousands jobs (maybe yours) and to avoid hundreds of billion$ per years of american dollars to leave the country to buy asian and european cars.

I worked in security electronic systems for heavy machinery (cranes...). We had contracts all around the world, including China and US. During the crisis, US construction industries broke their contracts with China. So China didn't need us anymore. I lost my job.

That's because the government cherry picks the winners and losers, imposes it's regulations, and attempts to remove the implied risks. Corporations are regulated by their competitors, but when the competitors are suppressed by the government, who have been backed financially by the corporations, we are left with an abomination, not capitalism.

The founding fathers did not base their ideas out of religious texts or messages, this is a factual error. Half of them denounced religion, and saw it as the free state's enemy.

And what the fuck is that bong doing in the moral section of the video amongst the rioters ? It is really misplaced to put a marijuana smoker in the midst of chaos and rebellion, it makes it seem "immoral" to smoke cannabis. #2 - Yes, in a totally free market you and I can buy and sell each others' daughters. In a republic however, we can create laws that make that exchange illegal - in that case, because we'd be infringing on her individual rights.

#3 - Some of them supported slavery, and with the republic they passed down, we'd continued their dream of crafting a more perfect Union - in this case, by specifically protecting the rights of all people, regardless of race.
