You need a tweak called "gridlock" which allows you to put your icons anywhere. And I have a user wallpaper thats just a hd wallpaper I found in a wallpaper app from the app store. I suggest you use a dark wallpaper, it makes the widget look better.

Your welcome! There is no way to have it auto update to your current location it has to be entered manually.

Thanks for the video, just managed to get the animated weather working. I find that the clouds and sun are too solid for me to see the time clearly. I don't suppose there is a way to make them more transparent?

my docked app names are on the very bottom not sure why lol... it doesnt bug me much but they did that when i installed "scrolling board".
