  • ASSK = Aung San Suu Kyi (Nobel Peace Prize Laureate)

If JRS would do any research he would also blame China (Peking, Hongkong and Singapore) for what's happening in Burma. Greedy capitalistic China is bribing the junta and definitely exploiting everything they can in Burma, but for obvious reasons JRS (and many other Canadians) have to be "nice" to Chinese eh!

Anyway JRS should stop rambling pseudo-intellectual nonsense and start thinking or even start learning.

  • Mr. Saul likes to talk (and write) about things that he doesn't really comprehend. Talks faster than he can think!

China is the problem and ASSK might not be the solution, because Chinese compare ASSK to Dalai Lama whom they hate.

  • Explain me the ASSK please !

  • Burma should now be called

    "Chinese Protectorate of Mian Dian"

  • Mr. Saul probably shook hands with the Chinese ambassador! What a hypocrite and he thinks he is a Canadian intellectual/philosopher. BS!

  • Mr. Saul doesn't admit the main reason why the junta cannot be toppled: CHINESE PROFITS. He admits that the Thais rip off Burma to get teak and gas. Well why doesn't he say anything about how China abuses Burma (because his wife is of chinese descent?) . It is 10 times worse than what the Thais do. The junta get their weapons mainly from China. The West dare not criticise China. Even Napolean said so.

Zhong Guo Zhong Guo über alles

    Über alles in der Welt

I was born in 1947 in Burma

  • very interesting video

  • Good interview AGAIN Lava. You rock!

  • "They don't know how to make it work they just want power"?

That's no surprise about politicians ANYWHERE.

Leaders only lead to enrich themselves. Burma is suffering, as are many because, as Cicero stated, "The government is either the servant of the people, or the people are slaves of the government."

Promising everything and producing just enough to shut everyone up is, unfortunately a world-wide political trend.

    Good luck to the Burmese.
