THIS IS 2 END ALL THE CONFUSION. In the first game u got that at the end Starkiller killed Vader for the Sith ending and became the ulitmate Sith macking the story of episode 4-6 non-existant in a matter of speaking. SO in lamains term it means all of the caracters besides Vader are still there but the story line has changed
