That happens when a necro does a fatality when it kills a mob. The big ice guy appears. I think it is called a frozen hatred.

it looks like necro is a good choice, can do high dmg with spells + dots + undead minions that's cool, will probably be one of the best in pvp

yeah...I think he will be too...but it depends on if he has roots or stunt effect to escape from assassin/barbarian
