  • Tempaus oli ihan jees, mutta toi penkki on ruma kuin mikä. Ei millään tavalla hyväksyttävä, vaikka Tero ei mikään voimanostaja olekaan.

  • @qvistus82 No ei se noita painoja nostelekaan lukujen vuoksi niin kuin monet.. Ihan sama millä tavalla sitä nostaa, kunhan se vaan ottaa lihaksiin

  • empä tiedä miten se selän jättäminen penkkiin parantais keihästä. penkkaustekniikka ja se liike on joka tapauksessa niin erilainen verrattuna mihinkään heittämiseen.

  • Eipähän tuossa muuta, kuin että varmaan se keppikin lentäisi sentin tai pari pitemmälle jos penkki nousisi puhtaasti. Muissa liikkeissä tekniikka on taasen puhdas, joten ihmettelenpä vain miten tuonkin tasoinen urheilija voi tehdä penkkiä huonolla tekniikalla... Aiemmissa komenteissa on sanottu että se auttaa heittämään keihään noin pitkälle mutta eikö silloin puhdas tekniikka auttaisi vielä hieman pitemmälle...

  • @BecomeB Kyllä Tero puhtaastikkin nostelee penkistä. Mikälie maximi-vitsi nosto tässä kyseessä, oon ite seissy vieressä ku tero nostaa :) samalla salilla käy nääs sillo tällö.

  • @Jokk3asd Juu, ilmeisesti asiasta enemmän tiedät ja Maximi yritykseltähän tuo tosiaan näyttää. Tosiaan taitaahan se vähän jokaisella hajota tekniikka, kun tarpeeksi lähellä maximeja mennään. Ja jos vain Maxit tolla tekniikalla, niin ei se nyt vaarallista ole, jos MaVe tekniikka olisi väärä, niin sitten olisi hieman pahempi homma.

  • Lueppas se ensimmäinen uudestaan.. Se oli ihan kommentti siihen kun jotku jeesustelee, että "yää! :( ei oo perse penkissä, ei hyväksyttäs oikeesti! ope! ope!" Pitkämäki ei ole mihinkään penkkikisoihin tietääkseni menossakaan. Sinä tunnut tietävän millä Teron keppi lentää pidemmälle, joten ollos hyvä, siitä vaan suoraan häntä neuvomaan.

  • No mulla ei valitettavasti taida hirveesti olla tsäänssejä päästä tuota runkkupenkkaajaa neuvomaan, mutta sä voisit kattoa vaikka Thorkildsenin penkki videoita. Tekniikka 5 kertaa parempi ja taitaapi tuo Andreasin henk.koht pisin heittokin olla muutaman sentin Teron heittoa pidempi, liekkö sitten paremman penkkauksen ansiota.... : )

  • Tero is not on steroids, you can tell that by looking at him. And all you guys mocking his "form", or the fact that he's not wearing weight lifting shoes have no right to comment unless you can throw at his level.....just watch it and admire, without being so jealous.

  • okay listen. steroids make bodybuilders bigger cause of how they lift , theirdiets and the way they take the steroids( loading, stacking or whatever). powerlifters dont lift to get bigger. they lift to get stronger. bodybuilders work on individual muscle size and structures. powerlifters move the most weight the fastest, so as to build expolosive power. so as him working on moving maxium weight the fastest, his strenth would increase immensly instead of his size,

  • allowing him to maintain his current size while gaining additional power. so i do believe he is on steroids because that much power at his bodyweight and size would be near impossible without the added assisance of some type of steroids or testosterone supplement. ive been a bodybuilder for almost 6 years now and i am also a certified sports rehabilitionist. anyone have any questions, feel free to ask me anything. and if anyone disagrees feel free to text ur comments to me.

  • okay??? i lift weights to increase my muscle mass and for my health. i enjoy lifting weights naturally and it feels great as i increase resistence and payload. im only stating which i know. what do u lift sir?? have u ever lifted like a powerlifter or workout likea bodybuilder?? well maybe u should stick to watching videos than commenting on us who actually do the videos or are weightlifters.

  • It's called being a world class athlete. You wouldn't know anything about the limits of the human body unless you were a world class athlete or trained them. Your pessimism and claimed "certification" (Not doubting you have it) prove you are neither. It's in fact you that should just watch the videos and keep your comments to yourself. The fact that he is that strong and powerful while clean is why he is a world champ and why you go to 24 hour fitness to do curls.

  • Shut up about the weight lifting shoes, are you a moron? Athletes dont normally wear weight lifting shoes, weight lifters do. Im a college athlete and in the weight room no one from tennis to football uses stupid weight lifting shoes, so quit going to every video saying that.

  • Actually quite many of them (us) uses weightlifting shoes. Nowadays Tero has also weightlifting shoes.

  • I think you're right, he should keep his back against the bench. In my opinion soldierbenching is the only fair benching position - you can't cheat the push with your whole body.

  • Bull. Exactly where would he be hurt? Extending your back in that position does not impact the vertebrae in the least. Sure with that much asslift it's more of an incline bench, but so? He is not a a powerlifter.
