Hi i have just bought an 80cc kit for my scooter, i was just wondering did u have to do any measurements with the piston rings or did u just put them onto the piston

@giantHUCKER1 because by law a 49cc that is modified still can't be registered here in ky thus still not needing insurance.

if you buy a gates cvt belt you will gain some top end. seems to hook up nice after 30

@dawirelessg kevlar belts are more durable and hook up a little better but top end is all about the roller weights and clutch springs
Did you run out of money to pay your electric bill?
Hint, pay electric bill then buy performance parts

@milosjakimovik 49.5cc (39mm)
62.9cc (44mm)
71.8cc (47mm)
81.3cc (50mm)
87.9cc (52mm)
stroke is 41.4mm on a 139qmb moped
52mm is the biggest you can go with possible case boring
50mm largest known to me so far that does not need case boring but may need ceramic bearing
.......im still gathering info for my 4-stroke build up
around $1200 for all parts to have maxed out 4-stroke, not including labor if you dont know what your doing.
