I believe time to only be and instrument for us to measure space as many have said.
The universe needs no clock to operate.
For me it's a simple truth by my understanding.
Time is not physical so does not exist in this physical dimension as a physical
thing so it has no cause or effect on anything.
If we say time has aged us it's incorrect, it's cell deterioration due to carcinogens
or whatever not time itself.
However time is very important even though it does not "exist".
