The song is about a white male tourist, who outside the hotel is confronted by 4 black dreadlock guys who want to mug his silver chain. He tries to show hes a alright guy by saying he likes cricket and reggae.

Its not made clear if this tactic works, and if he has reasoned with them to stop the mugging

Back at the hotel he sips his pina colada and a dark voice lady offers to sell him some ganja, This was his deadlock holiday experience.in Jamaica
