The sign of the Cross reminds us about the fact that Christ (the hand at the forehead) came down from heaven to earth, where He was crucified, and then went down to hell (the hand must be at the belly), ascended to heaven where he sits at the right ot the Father (raise your hand to the right ) and shall come again with glory to judge the living and the dead (left). Finally, we say Amen (so be it), sealing our words, and confessing that we agree with this teaching. Greetings from Romania
