It is possible to feel better and look better as u get older. I lost 50lbs over the last 2 years. I recently gained a few pounds back since I been off work. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands, currently recovering with the left. I walked yesterday but it caused my hand to swell up again. I guess I need to recover first??
