@65Cobra427 the fastest nurburgring lap for a bike was a older R1 than did it in 7:49 an that's a track with some long straights too.a six year old z06 did in in 7:42.the 10 year old c5 z06 did it in 7:52 .the zr1,viper acr and nissan gtr did it 7:19,7:12,and 7:21 respectively.even if a new R1 knocked off seconds it'd still get killed.imagine it on a tighter track where the bike's acceleration is less important

Bike vs car is over. Bike wins no contest in 0-60, 0-100, 0-100-0.

A $7k bike (with a competent rider) will embarrass a car costing 10x as much.

Cars have higher top speeds (sometimes) simply because they have the HP to push thru the air at 200+. So the only chance for a car is with a rolling start, like in this vid. And the car still lost. Sounds great though!
