yeah man, I agree with you, and I have a reason for the overwhelming number of guitar players, its because in all the records and especially in the radio, they turn the guitar way up and the bass way down, so thats the only thing they hear and they want to learn it. hell I only learned bass after trying guitar piano, AND drums.
