  • I did this excercises , 8 months ago i pulled my hamstring bad, and i still cant workout as i used to do. Is it usuall that it takes so long time to heal ?

  • Thanks for the video.  Was the increase in hip flexion with knee ext more due to neural mobilization rather than pure hammy stretching?

  • @Vatos75 good question. I think the neural mobilization is an important piece to this, and Active Release Techniques, but to say which is more important is difficult to say. Are you familiar with other soft-tissue treatments like Graston? I like those, but the thing I like about ART is that the patient moves the joint and improves the strength/neurologically controls the antagonistic muscle.

  • hey i was wondering if you could recommend a god stretch for calves? i have really high arched feet so my knees dont go very far forward without me having to raise my heel off the ground so its difficult to get a proper calf stretch : /

  • Thank you @jouxpane, This is an excellent stretch for shortened hamstrings. What other type of exercise videos would you like to see?
