The Kinks aren't on iTunes period.

Considering they were a popular band, the company that holds the rights to their songs decided to keep them rather than share with iTunes because on iTunes, you pay for one song.

Small time bands sell to that because people aren't willing to buy whole CDs and records. They would with the Beatles, Kinks, AC/DC, Bob Seger, etc. however, so they decided that keeping the rights would result in a larger profit.
