Thank you for sharing, this is a very nice video. I had this surgery done back in 2001. The thing that made me suffer a great deal and for a long period of time is the muscle part.

I'm not sure the incision should be this long, specially if it's for most of the aneurysmal surgeries. It seems you do not use the interfascialis dissection technique in your service. Also, isn't it easier to re-attach the temporalis muscle if you leave a small strip attached to the bone ?
But most of all, it is an excellent video. Congratulations !
This video is great! I teach surgical technology and I am discussing Neurosurgery right now. This video was perfect about showing a craniotomy. The students loved it! Thank you so much for sharing :)
Very amazing what neurosurgeons do - my son's team saved his life from a left temporal arachnoid cyst that initially many neurosurgeons said he didn't need surgery for it. Nice video, very clean - I was able to show my son this - thanks for sharing :-)
This is amazing..glad to have people that want to do this save lives!!!

@HarlequinHelen Are...you a neurosurgeon?
Didn't think so.

@HarlequinHelen because no needle will go through the hard bone for stiches.
