its sopposed to its got sensors in it so than when you put it to your ear it turns the screen off..its a good thing cause it saves your battery.

Damn AT&T and their Premiere bullsh*t. I didn't feel like attempting the whole 611/Retention thing and pulling a fast one on the CSR to try and get it early as a non-premiere customer, I figured since I've been waiting since Feb. I can wait 3 more measly days.

Any smartphone purchased from At&t after Sept. 6th requires a data plan, but here's the crappy part, it's now $30. However, the good news is if you already have the original MediaNet data plan then you'll be grandfathered and get to keep your monthly the same.

wait for the HTC unlocked version. dont buy a carrier unlocked version. but if you are going to be using it on ATT then yes its required for you to have a data plan. but otherwise no you dont need to for you to use it.

yeah i decided im going to buy an htc hd2, and just use the unlimited data plan. even though the htc hd2 doesnt have us 3g, but thats alright.
