Hmmm... I guess this is healthier...but I personally could really use some meat. Ground beef browned with strong seasoning adds a neccesary element in my opinion

Hi, i use a blender to beat the eggs because, it's faster, makes them more fluffy and it's easy to pour them into the pan. I can also put the lid on the blender and stick it in the fridge in case I need to make another round of scrambled eggs. hope that answered your question!
