A lot of people have been saying its good, but I don't understand...is his voice supposed to be all lispy? If it is, then yes he is doing a fine job. If not, I do not think he is doing a good job.

Yeah, it is different. This voice isn't bad, but I think his Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2 voice is better, also!
