  • Without Vincent Price none of this shit would exist. he invented macabre.

  • I'm 33 years old and I still have this toy!

  • its the colored ver. i just saw the older one in black and wight

  • i used to have these and is they still selling them

  • Oh gawd i used to love that machine i had so many bugs, I remember burning the shit out of myself ahhh the good ol days of dangerous 300 degree kid toys!!! =(

  • This was not Incredible Eadibles, these were Creepy Crawler toy insects. You could also slip a bobby pin in center of half baked insect to wear them. I liked assembling the plastic wings on dragon fly. The frog took forever to bake. There were complaints that this was a dangerous toy. Not so if you follow directions that were as easy as pie to follow. The current light bulb safe feature is doable, but not as fun as the thingmaker.

  • @supermandisco All the good toys are not out of production because parents want the world to be in charge of their children. They've taken the fun out of everything. Stoves aren't safe if your kid is old enough to be alone but stupid OR you aren't watching them which is a parents job so we should probably do away with ovens soon..... LOL

  • You should let kids play with creepy crawlers and slip in a dead roach and see if they eat it.

  • had this, loved it, then i lost the molds. now im off to find another one

  • hahaha, Go ahead! piss your family off!

  • The guy sounds like the biggest fucken molester in the world. He prob. used toys like this to lure boys into his car.

  • got it....it ruels wish they still sold them

  • i loved those but if u rubbeed ur eyes after ur eyes burned

  • I have the newer one that was released a few years ago. i just got it this christmas.

  • lol barbra streisand?

  • i still use mine its awsome i love the creepy crawlers since i was four or five im a big fan of this toy!!!!!!!

  • I never had one but some of my friends did.

  • 0:45 that's the same look my dad would always give me just before he'd hit me with a belt

  • @HappyBirthdayPaulie i thought it was at 0:41 - 0:43

  • @SMoK177 nah, he'd only use the broomstick if I REALLY #$!@ed up

  • @HappyBirthdayPaulie u gotta love the 90's

  • i am geting 1 4 cristmas in a month wow hooooooo 2009

  • I had one of these and loved it, me and my friend made so may insects, it was great!!

  • i had one and the only molds i had were X-Men. i wish i still had it.

  • Mattel makes toys that the family hates and the boy love, which is why it was so successful. Nowadays toys are educational and not fun at all.

Bring back old school toy guns and I'll buy!

  • I still have one of these thing's.

  • dragonflies are not creepy

  • They are when they are all wiggly...

  • frogs, snakes and lizerds arnt insects

  • I bought my nephew one of the new safe creepy crawler ovens about 1995. A plastic piece of junk that worked on a lightbulb. And it was locked in there till it cooled down.

  • lol I remember the ones you could make and eat!! =D

  • I got this for my fith birthday...

  • I remember having this as a kid and despite being extremely careful I got burned a lot.

  • I had this when I was little. Great toy. I never got burned. I was either very careful or very lucky.

  • i had one

  • whats up with the narrator who sounds like a pedofile..im surprised he didnt say put the creey crawlers in the basket

  • LOL "put the loten in the basket!" I LOVE THAT MOVIE!

  • i remember you could make shit outta metal, what was that thing called? anyone?

  • Metal was the moulds

  • thats the title of the product?

  • Lol no but it's the same thing, the moulds for the things were made of aluminum. I'm sure you couldn't do some metal thing, as even aluminum melts at 1250F

  • How many kids got burnt? every1 who owned this..............waste of money

  • Remember kids, they aren't edible

  • I was such a tomboy when I was a kid. Most girls had the Easy Bake Oven. . . I had Creepy Crawlers. lol =)

  • I used to have this..I chewed on them afterwards..I was weird

  • Same here. I think it was the cause of some of my low test scores.

  • Yeah I did too. It was soothing.

  • i had some weird trays. they had like little smiley faces and stuff on them.

  • daje fabbrica dei mostri!!!!!

  • Pretty lengthy for a commercial. I wish commercials were still like this.

  • lol isnt the song made by Zombie Girl?

  • Funny...as I watch this commercial I can almost smell the plastic goop cooking!

  • @Harry44Callahan2 god thats the first thing I thought of, that smell was like nothing else

  • I loved my Creepy Crawlers...I probably went through a gallon of plastic goop! Sure, I got burned by the Thingmaker a few times...but who didn't? I doubt they'd be allowed to sell this toy today...a shame.

  • going for $50.00 on ebay

  • Mine was the 60s model :(

  • That oven doesn't have a lightbulb in it. It's basically a hot plate and the molds could get up to 350 degress. The newer Plastigoop is a different than the 60s stuff was too

  • I remember there was a cartoon series based on this. I wish I knew were to find it.

  • I still have mine. The plastigoop is the same, the oven is the same (a lightbulb in a box) ;P

Mine's an old orange 1980s/90s model. They RE-rereleased it again in the later 1990s in a more streamlined oven (same concept though).

  • yeah thats right I had the 90s version to. im gona save some money and order one. best present iu ever got for my birthday lol. my older oven broke and my mome trough away my mold collections i had al kinds of bugs and i even had the monster molds. im gona by the one just like the one i had, i dig it

  • I bet the paint that was included was lead-based.

  • My brother and I used to mix up the edible ones and the non-edible ones... Good times. P:

  • hell yes I had one of these sets when i was in like 3rd grade

  • Does anyone say, "Presto Chango" anymore?

Maybe that's what's missing in the world. We have the creepy crawlers, though.
