I saw a cloud last week on the ssm canal, about the same size,come towards us,then it disappeared. All this within a 2 minute span...What's up???

LOL too funny i believe in chemtrail and its so funny that this guy happened to film an actual contrail - please not contrails are formed from the atmospheric disturbance cause by jets engines passing threw the atmosphere they disappear roughly 3-4 jet lengths behind the jet, like this one. Chemtrails are obvious because they do not disapate like normal contrails instead they fluff out to either a hazy cloud cover or if done in low altitude in a high pressure system will form very quickly rain

Those are Tentacular Clouds. You guys in Vegas have a lot of them, just like here in Austin. The two known types of Tentacular Clouds come in two forms.

Either the cloud itself looks like it has tentacles or it seems as though the cloud is hiding or being consumed by something with translucent tentacles. I'd say this is the latter. Great catch.
