  • recorded with...a boner

  • Not the best. Your opposite leg should always come up to throw your opponent off balance before you go with the other leg. You don't just pull them towards you.

If you pull them towards you like that a smart man will just go for a double/single leg takedown and you lose all the momentum you worked for

  • SWEEEEEET!!!!!!

  • yeah he is a black belt but he done it completly wrong, shut up you stupid loser

  • ha you did it completely wrong.

  • BAHO TRIP

  • this is done in the film called the extendables

  • Wow ! Awesome technique.

  • That looks seriously painful. lol

  • ARGH I SMELL THE BACK OF YOUR LEG!!! :D

  • kata....anyone can do kata

  • holy shit, he makes it look so easy and all

  • @Tumppe1337: agreed. I always end up kicking my opponent in the face when i try to get my leg around his head haha

  • Did The Guy Fart In Shock, Or Did his Arm Break ?

  • @cocknty Or did his leg hit the pad? Retard..

  • its called breakfalling so he doesnt hurt his back from the fall

  • @cocknty ur a dopey cunt he just broke fall

  • @IICODNERD No he didnt, it was his feet hitting the mat. You're the dopey cunt.

he is holding his arm in the wrong place so i definitely isnt the best as that wouldnt do shit

  • I like it. Nice demonstration, clean technique.

  • How can you call that "best"... ever person can learn some moves like that. People did that in a real fights where everything is unpredictable so you dont know what your opponent is gonne do. Thats what i call best. coriograf a fight is just like ballet...

  • coriograf?

  • dimostrayshun

  • You probably never fought in your life. Stop being a poser. Stupid internet warriors.

  • @TurkeyFats Hahaha internet warriors. So funny.

  • keyboard ninjas

  • That was excellent! Fluid in motion, direct and to the point and completely practical in its set-up and execution!!

  • Bellissima tecnica, sto meditando di portarla alla mia prossima gara... Grazie.

  • excellent technique. loved that it was done on the move rather than stagnent. 5*

  • only thing i liked about this particular flying armbar was that you got his centre of gravity off by pulling him towards you first , that is fairl rare to see - but of course you dont always need to put them off to do a good armbar

  • not the best but it was good

  • looks cool

  • if you don't dive you get hurt!!!

the techbique will work as well and you will get seriously hurted!!!!

  • what do you mean dive?????

  • Well it works both ways. If the Person A (one doing the armlock) does not sway to the inside as he lands in back, he can get seriously injured from the fall.

But if Person B (victim), doesn't dive forward to let Person A do the arm lock during practicing, then Person B can get seriously injured (pulled muscle/tissues and a hard fall).

  • seems it's important to keep some space between u and your opponent. I tried it the other day and he always grabs me really tight: no space to dive.

  • the attacker dived

  • your supposed 2 dive

take any martial class arts and ull no why.

  • im a 5 year martial artists, the people in my club perform there techniques properly so theres no need for diving.

  • I study Judo and yes we do "Dive" When practicing a throw you need to allow the thrower to be able to actually perform the throw without having a resistance to be able to learn it

  • Una tecnica bellissima eseguita da maestro !
