nope, falco's reflector is broken and can reflect behind him in certain circumstances. I keep my charge shot mainly as intimidation and only try to use it when he's recovering with phantasm.

This match gave me a little faith in Brawl Samus. Her KO potential(or lack of really) saddens me.

thanks jeremy. my gameplan vs falco tho is to space myself out of his grab range but within my tilt and grab range. if i'm too far i eat laser and phantasm. once i get a grab off it's all up to prediction off-stage. KOing is hard, gimping falco is less hard.
