That has nothing to do with the difficulty he was talking about. DJMax Portable 2 has an option in which you can set the Judge Difficulty (which affects timing accuracy windows.)
An Easy Judge Difficulty has a wider timing-window in which you can easily get more MAX 100%s.
I honestly thought he was using auto play.

that's the hardest or at least second hardest song in the game, and the more buttons the harder... She just happen to be practicing a lot

6 buttons = hard
8 buttons = very hard

Yes, she set the judge to Easy. You can tell that some of the notes were quite off, yet she got MAX 100%s.
