hey rattrodder what song and album is that playing in the back ground sounds like Phil Aselmo from Pantera singing in his other band Down? Sound like a badass song i want that CD!
hey just wanted a quick update on this product. i see this video was posted a few months ago and just wanted to see how it was holding up for u. ive used the meguiars headlight kit and it solved the problem for a week or so and then fogged up again. ive read that it didnt "seal it" which caused it to fogg up again. alot of people highly recommand this and just wanted ur input. thanks and muchly appreciated
I used this today on mine and I was impressed as well. Mine were pretty bad and after spending about 30 mins per light it made a major difference. The only issue I had was that I should have purchased 2 kits since mine were so bad, so that I could take more time and not run out of the sanding disks so fast. Nonetheless, I highly recommend the product and would buy it again.
Well... My opinion is that plastic headlights suck, fog looks terrible, they need to design plastic headlights that do not fog, I wouldnot know how to do that but maybe putting a uv additive in the plastic? Who knows, I use toothpaste on my headlights and 3m headlight restoration on my teeth and it works for me
I used that... It didn't work but for a few weeks, I found that a quick power buff of toothpaste every now and then is way cheaper and does the same damn thing
@reiningern777 no toothpaste does not do the same thing, what you are doing with the 3M restoration kit is sanding down the headlight getting a thin layer of the headlight off while using different sand paper grids to minimize the scratches, the tooth paste probably just polished your headlights better.
thanks for sharing. I just received my 3m yesterday for yellowing of my headlights.

I used the 3m kit on three vehicles, two civics and an expedition. Worked great. have also used the Turtle wax kit, it was disappointing.

@1998gst4611 It's "Stone The Crow" by Down. It's off the NOLA album their first album together. If you don't own this album you NEED to go get it.

@IvIustangsvt2003 They are holding up very well. The 3M line of products is always an awesome choice.

will that one product be enough to do 2 headlights and 2 fog lamps?

@asadhussain1016 If you're sparing with it, it should be close to enuff.
