@weloveanimetoo thanks WLA2! i have 2 butterfly knives :) there legal where i live, most knives are, as long as you dont carry them switchblades are legal 2. but yeah i think i saw the jim frost sword thing, swords are so hard to make i dont blame jim frost for having shitty swords, i like his folding knives. very good middle range quality. as for the CRKT kiss, this is an old video so the kiss came later.

@kagezara also, i'm sorry for the confusion, when i did my first comment reccomending a CRKT instead of 5 shit folders, i was speaking of the cheap folders on your video " folding knife collection", even you said that they were shit. i meant no criticism to your fixed blades, i was only reccommending a proven folder 4 u. anyway i have no idea about your fixed blades( i will admit kabar makes twice the FIXED blade as CRKT.) but as far as folder's go, the m21, and m16 from CRKT are hard to beat.

@kagezara yes, blog brother, i admit the iconic kabar USMC ( 7" blade ) is a fantastic "all round" knife. but if you compare the two apples to apples, the sog has a slight edge. ( no pun intended ) the AUS 8 steel is better, the blade ergonomics are slightly better, blade coating is tougher and more reliable. again these are small aspects, and i'd love to own a desert tan kabar. but you have to admit, if your kaber hit a piece of lead in wood, know know 4 sure there will be a chip in the blade

apparently no one pays attention. the majority of these knifes are cheep little crappers that my grandfather bought for me off craigslist. they all came together and they all pretty much suck. there were a few medium quality gems in there but most of them are just my little throw aways that i can do whatever with. now i have never heard oh bocker and i know that winchester is a pretty good company, but thats kn8s knife so im not guna say anything. now i know quality, need i prove it to you?

Winchester makes good guns, but the actual company doesn't make knives. Their knives are made in some chinese factory, which they just allow to use the "Winchester" name. Try out a Kershaw or Spyderco on your next purchase, both can be had from Wal-mart and Both are excellent quality brands. Good Luck!

lol, every one assumes i dont know this stuff. i want to get a kershaw. and i also am planning on buying some cold steel knifes. as for winchester knifes. i have never held a winchester that i didnt think was sturdy or of decent quality. so chinese company or not they are still good knifes.

you'll know when you have a quality knife but right now you don't know what a quality knife is. Even if you like one of your knives dosen't make it good by any means, sadly your Winchester knives are your best quality knives. Check out a guy called (cutlerylover) on youtube and he has alot of informative vids and talks about quality knives vs cheap. Take care and I hope you get at least a CRKT knife but if you can get a Kershaw Leek, you'll wonder why you ever got a FROST knife...TRUST ME!!!!

don't make a big deal about 440 steel, it really is junk, VG-10 and 154-CM and others i can mention are some of the best, Also Jim Frost knives are very cheap and poor quality, go to wal-mart and at least get a $20 CRKT knife (retails for $50 in tanto blade if your wal-mart has it) or buy any Gerber or Buck knife and they are 10 times better than Frost knifes, Save up and get a Kershaw knife if you want a real knife. Just want 2 help you see what quality vs. Junk is,

hay.. i like my frost. it has alot of weight to in and its very sturdy. i made a point to say most of those folders are crappy. im planning on buying coldsteel soon but right now im just exerimenting withh diff quality i know all about the diff grades of steel and think 440 is a good median between expesive and so shitty it wont help. (btw most of these folders i didnt buy, they were gifted to me. the good ones i bought)
