  • Cubs suck!

  • are these the original strings?

  • PLEASE READ THIS! I owned this as my first guitar. For a first guitar it is good. But now looking back at it over a few years it isn't as good as I first thought. Yes it may be very pretty but a jumbo should give off much more bass tones and the comfort is ok(ish). For around £300 this people who made this probably spent most of it on it's looks. I'd recomment going for acoustics that are plain and simple where the makers spent the money on getting the sound and comfort right. CONSIDER THIS.

  • rubbish im afraid they laminate arnt they?

  • @bk53xy are you talking about HPL? if so, this is a natural wood guitar

  • This guitar sucks ass. I had one from the early 90s and It just sounds like a toy, they dont age and will never get better than the day you buy it. I just gave mine away.

  • bad visor....bad bad visor

  • man! T_T i wanted to buy the Epiphone EJ-200 but i just noticed that is not Electric Acoustic, its just Acoustic... =( so i would have to get the Epiphone EJ-200CE but i like the shape of the EJ-200 T_T what if I buy the acoustic and make it electric acoustic?

  • I have this guitar

  • Beauty of tone is in the ear of the beholder. I think this guitar is a heck of a deal, I like it, but I like it a LOT for the price. I have an Epiphone Broadway jazz box and it works just great without the $4,000 price tag hanging on the headstock, thank you very much. I prefer to purchase USA made products, but at 10:1 I'll have to settle for the Epiphone.

  • guys i'm getting this, but don't know what to choose between the vintage sunburst or the natural one......

  • @ivncdo0809 hope you chose the vs

  • @ivncdo0809 im in the same situation

  • @19HIGGY man don't buy this guitar it sounds good unplugged and very very bad plugged i tried it with a fender sonoran sce and the fender blew it away for less money

  • @ivncdo0809 too late mate, ive bought it played it both pluged and unplugged sounds pretty decent, lol had it plugged into my vox VT100, on a distorted channel :P so X

  • You get a nice guitar guitar for your money. This video could have done without the fret buzz though.

  • DDDDDDDDDD= this guitar........omg.......honestly, in my opinion, some of these cheaper epiphones sond better than some of the gibsons. and I'm talking about electrics AND acoustics. I have compared both types between to different brands. now to decide whether i want to upgrade my Amp, or buy this masterpiece.

  • im the same. im only 14 so ive saved a long time and i dont know if i want this or a vox amp

  • Looks nice sounds tinty. Too much maple. Needs a better top.

  • @journeyquest1

That's an opinion, like a lot of stuff in music. What sounds good to one might sound bad to another.

  • I have it in natural... regret it. Too tin sounding. Hate the tone on the higher strings

  • @203017V wanna sell?

  • @tbsroxurworld Yeah, actually. ill send you a message

  • That is a nice guitar! Great tone, nice warmth without it being to bright.

    I want one. : )

    Thanks for posting this.

  • is there a difference in sound quality between the ej 200 and the ej 200ce? can anyone answer me

  • @nununu8 exactly my question!!!!! (: im debating between both of them!

  • @nununu8

Not really. Going on what I've heard from other peoples recordings, there's really no difference. Personally, I prefer recording raw acoustics instead of the electric acoustics, so I'm gonna purchase the 200 instead of the 200ce. Not to mention, I hate the cutaway on the 200ce.

  • Tune it or die!

  • Im gonna buy it in Lisbon-Portugal tomorow.

It will cost me 370€ but is a promotions cuz the normal cost would bu up till 420€.

ITS AN AMAZING GUITAR, what a beautiful, clean sound, great brand and price.

  • I have it in natural, I love it!

  • hmmm natural or sunburst.....

  • @mcfatiedamp im liking sunburst alot!! it has that older vintagey feel, idk its just my style haha

  • I've got one and i love it. you can check it out in action on my channel

  • Does tone have to do w/ the type of wood the body is made. Why do everyone like sunburst? It looks like someone took an expensive guitar and tagged it w/ black spray paint...getto.

  • wow. i guess visors aren't just for old ladies.

  • @merunfar89 Didnt you know their back in along with sweet bands, dolphin shorts and members only.

  • how are the electronics and preamp?

has anyone hear used it a lot?

  • Been lookin' to pick one of these up for a while. I play lead in an acoustic duo over a Gibson Hummingbird. Do you think it would sound good over the 'Bird given that it has such a deep tone? Tested one and loved it because of the low action and it's ability to sustain the notes. Just wondering if anyone has played acoustic lead with it before and what you thought.

  • It does not have a deep tone.

  • really lovely guitar that i have been wanting

  • does anyone know what that little scale was at the begining i want tabs for it or something cause its awesome thx

  • lmao a very simple G major scale

  • Those are factory strings what do you expect. the actual guitar sounds so much better, and is defiantely one of the best guitars i have played, and ive played a lot.

  • totally, sounds kinda like a low end taylor

  • its amazing for the money

  • i got my choices narrowed down to these (or anything around that price range people recommend)

    -dean mamba cutaway

    -dean michael shenkar

    -this sst

    -epiphone EJ-200CE

    -Ibanez AEL10(or 20)E

    -Takamine EG341C

  • go with the fckn ej-200ce

the deepness of the sound of the jumbo body is just incredible, i have it in sunburst and it just blows my mind, but i think i should have picked the natural

  • @guitar9addict why do you think you should have picked the natural??

  • EJ-200CE or Takamine...

  • playing both id go with epiphone for sure i own a couple D series and theyre great but i just love this guitar!

  • it sounds "plastic"

  • It is a very bright/dead sounding guitar. I have played it in person. I believe there are 2 models of it, one has a solid top and sounds way better.

  • thank god the guitar wasnt in the box

  • Lmao I know, that would have benn an extra 45 minutes hahaha

  • That thing would sound a lot better if it was in tune.

  • It's Dan Agosto, your always gonna get an out-of-tune guitar with him haha

  • and thats the stupidest comment ever about that guitar SuperSquirrel or whatever your name is. This is Gibson owned, Gibson is like ferrari of guitars... this guitar has the low that you'll never find in any other acoustic guitars.. know what you're talking about before you make a stupid comment..

  • works for noel gallagher

  • The Gibson version of this guitar is much better than this Epiphone.

  • i bought this guitar will be in my hands on wednesday

  • Awesome

  • thanks dudeee=]

  • Dude, you should have Dan Agosto come over your house and take the guitar out of the box for you xD

  • lol of courseeeee thattttt=D

  • and if you lucky, he can explain the documentation and warrenty information lol

  • lolllllllllllllllllllll i will need this explanation!!!!!lol.....................

  • dudeee i soo wantt that guitarr :D i love lovee with itt :D and i love the country soundd :) haha

    peace

  • this video has me convinced!

i love this guitar. even for my style of playing. its perfect. 5 *'s
