How did you print it on the card stock? did you have to take it some place?

You can make the stencil in gimp, then open it in adobe illustrator and trace over the black, then you can scale up what you've just traced over without pixelation. IE a vector graphic: an object that will not lose detail when scaled.

Also Thats no a proper way to make a render, there are easier ways.

If you have a checkered background and you want to have a white background, then open up a new white image same size as the one where you have the render in the checkered one, then right click and copy the image in the checkered picture and then paste it in the white back and your render has a white bg.

Downloaded gimp. Tried making a skull servant one just now but couldn't make the erase option do anything... I can select stuff with the fuzzy and delete, select sections with the other options and delete but cannot erase anything with the erase function...
