Full potential of current gen pcs. First off, I believe developers are more comfortable with making games with current consoles because there specs are set with no variation, and they have learned there way around the console dev kits. Those who says that piracy is causing the problems for pc are wrong. Its the game developers. Pc game makers have only recently realized that the reason why piracy is so frequent on the pc is because they made it too convenient for us. 12 years ago, games had no online activation, you just burn the disc. When companies release PC sales data for Starcraft 2, Shogun 2, Battlefield 2, etc, units sold is way more than VGA Charts reports. Pc Piracy is a big concern for software companies, that's why I support Steam and Origin. If a game is going to sale more than 500,000 copies on given platform, it should be customized for it. Example, Dungeon siege type games always had a graphical inventory screen, on consoles if it easier to have text base inventory screen, don't force it on the pc users.

Nervous building a computer, ask someone how has built one. Most people buy a computer for something, why not spend $100.00 to $400.00 dollars more and have a good gaming system? You can build a computer for $559.00 that runs Battlefield 3 on high settings. There is a lot of PC sales for Elder Scroll V: Skyrim. I don’t have this game. They said they couldn't incorporate co-op in the game. But there is already PC mod out right now that does that. What is going on here?

Those who says that piracy is causing the problems for pc are wrong. Its the game developers. Pc game makers have only recently realized that the reason why piracy is so frequent on the pc is because they made it too convenient for us. 12 years ago, games had no online activation, you just burn the disc. Done. Now we have steam, origin to help prevent piracy.

When companies release PC sales data for Starcraft 2, Shogun 2, Battlefield 2, etc, units sold is way more than VGA Charts reports. Pc Piracy is a big concern for software companies, that's why I support Steam and Origin. If a game is going to sale more than 500,000 copies on given platform, it should be customized for it. Example, Dungeon siege type games always had a graphical inventory screen, on consoles if it easier to have text base inventory screen, don't force it on the pc users.
