  • man now i can't wait to go this year! 3 more days! :D

  • i remember some time ago i dont remember when ,maybe 15 years i really dunno but

when you went to KWOOD they tied a red string around your wrist and crimped on on with pliers

  • Going to the Kennywood opening this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I've been going to Kennywood every year for the last 22 years, I love coming out of that tunnel and into that beautiful park. Thanks for the video

  • You've got the opening and I've got the closing. Well done.

  • now alls i need to do is a mid-day shot lol

  • it doesn't start really hoppin' til around 1:30-200. :-)

  • wow, i didn't know they had opening music (which goes to show how late i go to kennywood) well, we try to get there at 11:00AM but usually end up getting there around 11:30

  • dude wen i get the wridt band i get soo f*cking excited!!!!

  • Ahh the wrist band. Brings back memories. And thank you for being the first one to comment this video.

  • The guy in the purple/white shirt is MOVING through the tunnell!

  • I prefer the string bracelet with the metal clip and handstamp to that fugly wide paper wristband! You got a different color combination every time you went. We used wear our piece of string for a few days after a Kennywood day. I hated having to cut it off. *memories*

  • i love that bracelet

  • You're probably too young to remember the string bracelet. I'm not saying it's better. I just got to experience both and grew up with the colored string and colored metal clip and prefer it to the paper. The paper one gets all wrinkly and dirty after a few hours. Part of the fun of the old ones was seeing what colors you would be given. Wish I would have saved on of them. *Sigh*

  • haha i still have a blue Kennywood wristband from about 5-6 years ago. I will make sure i never lose it. GO KENNYWOOD!!!

  • those paper bracelets were the best. i miss them so much! since i'm only 16, i only experienced the paper ones. i loved that even if they got soaked, they never fell apart. they were strong! XD they were so special, and i saved them all (for as long as i could remember)

i used to hate cutting them off, but i would sneak around (my mom would want me to cut it off) and keep it on for a few days afterwards XDD

    god, memories are great...(sniffle)

i wonder why they stopped using those...
