And North america is any better? I've seen homeless people lying on the sidewalk passed out and pople just walk around him. This happens often where I live in vancouver in the bad part of downtown. There was one guy who obviously had too much of whatever drug he was taking and was crawling on the sidewalk begging for help. People looked at him like scum and kept walking. I went and got a cop who called the paramedics.

If I saw some filthy bum lying in the middle of the road in the UNited States, I would not move him either. At first, until 8-9 years ago, when the Turkish people saw someone in this situation, everyone rushed for help, the traffic stopped, everyone who saw the event called the paramedics, gathered around the person and if someone in the crowd had known first aid, helped the man. there was one video in which a car rammed an old man and he bleeded to death and about 20 people just watched him die and didnt help! and this video was of AMERICA.... THEY EVEN SHOWED IT ON TV..... the shows name was CAUGHT ON CAMERA WHAT WOULD U DO................so dont blame india only ...........in this video the man was just drunk but in thet one the man was bleeding to death and no one helped
